What is the bearing capacity of JQZ series spherical bearings
The JQZ series spherical bearings are commonly used bearings for highway, municipal, and rail transit bridges. Their bearing capacity covers both vertical and horizontal dimensions, and the horizontal bearing capacity is also divided into different specifications according to seismic resistance levels. The specific parameters are as follows:
The JQZ series spherical bearings are commonly used bearings for highway, municipal, and rail transit bridges. Their bearing capacity covers both vertical and horizontal dimensions, and the horizontal bearing capacity is also divided into different specifications according to seismic resistance levels. The specific parameters are as follows:
1. Vertical bearing capacity: The vertical bearing capacity of this series of supports is finely divided, with a total of 33 levels, covering 1.0MN-70.0MN (i.e. 100kN-7000kN). From the 1.0MN level suitable for small bridges to the 70.0MN level that meets the load requirements of large bridges, it can flexibly match the construction needs of bridges with different spans and load scales.
2. Horizontal bearing capacity: Horizontal bearing capacity is clearly distinguished according to the type of support and seismic level, and different types are suitable for bridges in areas with different peak seismic acceleration. It can be specifically divided into three categories:
JQZ (Ⅰ) type (ordinary type): The design horizontal bearing capacity of fixed bearings in all directions and unidirectional movable bearings in the non active direction is 10% of the vertical bearing capacity, usually used for bridges in ordinary areas with a peak ground acceleration of 0.05g.
JQZ (II) type (seismic type): Corresponding to a horizontal bearing capacity of 15% of the vertical bearing capacity, it is suitable for bridges in areas with a peak ground acceleration of 0.10g and can cope with moderate seismic load impact.
JQZ (III) type (seismic type): The horizontal bearing capacity reaches 22.5% of the vertical bearing capacity, suitable for areas with a peak ground acceleration of 0.15g. It has stronger seismic performance and can resist the horizontal forces caused by strong earthquakes.
